How can I buy tickets for the festival?

You can buy your tickets for the festival directly on the ticketing website. Simply select the concerts of your choice, validate your basket, and your tickets will be sent by e-mail to the address in your customer account.

Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Flâneries Musicales de Reims ticket truck from May 17 onwards, present on Wednesday afternoons at Place d'Erlon and Saturday mornings at the Boulingrin market.

The following payment methods are available depending on the purchase method:

Where and when to buy physical tickets?

Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Flâneries Musicales de Reims ticket truck from May 17. The latter will be present :

• Wednesday afternoons, on Place d'Erlon, opposite the Fontaine de la Solidarité ("the ball fountain"): 1pm to 5pm.
• Saturday mornings, in front of the Boulingrin market: 9am to 1pm.

Where can I collect my tickets purchased online?

After an online purchase, you have two options for picking up your tickets:

• Receive your e-tickets by e-mail :
  • Your e-tickets should be sent automatically to the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.
  • If you don't receive your tickets, log on to the ticketing site. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner to access your customer area, then go to the "My orders" section . There you can download your e-tickets.
  • In the event of a persistent problem, please contact us on 03 26 36 78 00, stating your name and order number.

• Pick up your tickets at the ticket truck :
  • If you have chosen this option, go to the times and places indicated above. Simply enter your name to collect your tickets.

Are tickets available in advance or at the door?

As mentioned above, you can pick up your tickets in advance at the Flâneries Musicales de Reims ticket truck:

• Wednesday afternoons, Place d'Erlon, from 1pm to 5pm.
• Saturday mornings, Boulingrin market, 9am to 1pm.

If you can't make it to the truck at these times, you can also pick up your tickets at the ticket truck located in front of the doors of the various festival concerts. We strongly recommend that you arrive early, in case there's a wait.

Is a ticket nominative?

No, tickets are not nominative. You are free to use them or offer them to another person.

(Tickets for seats at the opera are nominative, as it is the only concert venue where the seat is chosen).

Can I reissue a ticket if I lose it?

If you lose your ticket, don't panic! With your name or order number, we can reissue your tickets:

• At the ticket truck: Just turn up at the times and places mentioned above, and we can print out your lost tickets.
• By mail: Send a message to reservations@flaneriesreims.comindicating your name and order number.
• By phone: Contact us on 03 26 36 78 00 for assistance.

⚠️ Important: Any ticket reissue will automatically cancel previously issued tickets. It is therefore pointless to request a reissue in order to obtain additional seats.

Can tickets be changed, resold or refunded?

Unless a concert is officially canceled or a medical certificate is presented, it will not be possible to refund your tickets or exchange them for another concert.

However, if you have taken out Meetch insurance, it can reimburse you:

• 100% of the ticket value, upon presentation of proof of purchase.
• At 70% of the ticket value, without proof of purchase.

Are there any discounts or special rates?

Yes, we offer several discounts and special rates for each concert:

• Job seekers
• Students
• Young people (under 25)
• People with reduced mobility (rates available by phone only, 03 26 36 78 00).

In addition to these discounts, we also offer various subscription offers and passes to make the most of the festival.
