SlyMe Bazancourt Quartet: Musical Strolls in Reims 2026

The SlyMe Quartetwasformed in 2016 when four trombonists, all graduates of the Paris Conservatoire, came together. Young, passionate, and close-knit, these musicians united around a shared goal: to breathe new life into an already well-known ensemble—the trombone quartetthrough original and entertaining programs and projects.

Having recently earned theirbachelor’s degrees in chamber musicfrom theC.N.S.M.D.P. in June 2018, these musicians have benefited from instruction by prestigious professors such as Fabrice Millischer, Giles Millière, and Jens McManama. They have also had the opportunity to perform at festivals such as the Epsival Academy, the Festival of the Association of French Trombonists, and theEuropean Young Talents Festival. In October 2019, they were finalists in the 2nd Franz Cibulka International Chamber Music Competition in Graz, Austria.
