COMING TO THE FESTIVAL
On each concert page, you'll find the address of the venue.
Pets, with the exception of dogs belonging to disabled persons, are not allowed at concerts, including the picnic concert. Thank you for your understanding
ACCESSIBILITY
Wheelchair-accessible seats are limited, so please reserve your tickets by telephone on 03 26 36 78 00, otherwise access to the hall cannot be guaranteed.

All exits from the concert halls are final
Latecomers may enter the hall as directed by the hall manager, in the most directly accessible seats.
SAFETY
As part of the VIGIPIRATE plan (reinforced security against terrorist attacks), we are implementing measures to reinforce surveillance at concerts, in particular by visually checking spectators and their bags at the entrance. Security checks may be carried out at certain concerts. No suitcases or large bags will be accepted inside the venues.
