We're looking for an artist caterer and courier from June 10 to July 25, 2025!

Description of the association

Created 30 years ago, the Flâneries Musicales de Reims bring classical music to life in Reims' historic and extraordinary heritage sites. A 4-week festival (from June 19 to July 19, 2025), 38 concerts with numerous artists, including the picnic concert.

In addition, the association is developing a strong policy of artistic and cultural education, offering concerts, lectures and events based around classical music in hospitals, retirement homes and schools, among many others.

Job description

As part of the festival team, you will be responsible for :
- managing, organizing and setting up artists' catering* (planning, purchasing, preparation, delivery and installation).
- transporting objects in utility vehicles, mail and festival materials (water, programs, small equipment, etc.) from one place to another, or from one person to another.

You'll need to have a good knowledge of Reims and the surrounding area, and be comfortable driving in the city and on hour-long journeys (e.g. to Châlons-en-Champagne).

*Catering" means "canteen" in English, and in the world of show business refers to what the artist has in his dressing room for light sustenance.

Working conditions / Remuneration

- Full-time fixed-term contract (35hours/week) 6d/7d
- Group 9 step 1.
- Evening and weekend work required.
- 12.20€ BRUT/hour (1850€ BRUT/month).
- Utility vehicle provided for travel.

Profile required

- Thoroughness, autonomy and organizational skills, punctuality,
- Ability to work under pressure, reactive,
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team,
- Available for work
- Interest in performing arts
- Driving license required (3 years minimum) or accompanied driving.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel and Internet)
