Stefan Plewniak is a Polish conductor and violinist. He is conductor of the Opéra Royal de Versailles, France, and former music director of the Warsaw Chamber Opera, Poland. He is founder and musical director of the orchestra Il Giardino d'Amore and of the Cappella dell'Ospedale della Pietà Venezia.

In 2016, he founded the FeelHarmony symphony orchestra. Stefan Plewniak is also the founder of the exclusive Ëvoe Records label, which has received attention and recognition from prestigious international magazines and radio stations. As a conductor and violinist, he has earned a reputation as a "master of emotional chemistry", a "hurricane on stage". In 2024, he made his debut as conductor and soloist with the orchestra at La Fenice in Venice, and his debut as conductor and soloist at the Vienna Konzerthaus. He has also been invited as guest conductor and soloist with the Navarre Symphony Orchestra.

This season, he conducted Zingarelli's opera production Giulietta e Romeo with Franco Fagioli and Adèle Charvet with the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal de Versailles. He also conducted the Christmas concert with Sonya Yoncheva at the Chapelle Royale and prepared the new ballet production by Malandain Ballet Biarritz and the Orchestre de l'Opéra Royal de Versailles Les Saisons.

He also conducts the Warsaw National Philharmonic and the Stettin Philharmonic, and has recorded Gluck's opera Orpheus and Eurydice for the Warner label, with Jakub Józef Orliński, Elsa Dreisig, Fatma Said and the Il Giardino d'Amore orchestra and chorus. Stefan Plewniak also conducted the Royal Opera Orchestra on its extensive tour of China, Vietnam and Mongolia last April.
