
He began learning the clarinet at the Charleville-Mézières Conservatoire, then joined Christian Viduvier's class at the Reims Conservatoire, where he was unanimously awarded his DEM in clarinet and chamber music.
Alongside his studies as an instrumentalist, he tried his hand at conducting with Rut Schereiner at the Conservatoire de Reims until he obtained his DEM.
He continued his studies at the CRR de Paris and then at the Pôle Supérieur de Paris in the classes of Alexandre Chabod and Florent Héau. He decided to perfect his bass clarinet skills with Vincent Penot and obtained his DEM in 2021. He has already played with orchestras such as Colonne and Pasdeloup, the Orchestre National de Lyon and the Paris Opera.
Now co-solo bass clarinettist with the Musique de l'Air et de l'Espace, he also teaches clarinet at the Val d'Yerres and Draveil Conservatories and is bass clarinettist with the Alma clarinet quartet.
